Review on Enhance Your Vinyl Experience with the Sumiko Rainier Phono Cartridge: The Ultimate Audiophile's Choice by Shawn Sims

Significant upgrade thanks to the Ortofon 2M Red cartridge that came with my first Pro-Ject Carbon turntable. The soundstage is much more refined and open. Bass and treble are pretty tight. Excellent quality cartridges, better quality than Ortofon (IMO) and cheaper in the long run too. Offers a simple and affordable upgrade to Sumiko Olympia Stylus and Moonstone. Overall I'm very impressed with this beat and would highly recommend this update, especially if you're a first-time Pro-Ject carbon turntable like me. Note: I also recommend using a gel pad needle cleaner with this needle. I have a few brushes, including the one that Sumiko includes with his stylus (which is pretty nice), but I find them a bit stiffer than the stylus. Gel Pad Stylus Cleaner is the most effective and safe choice for stylus care.
