Fits my 18 year old Ettore 18" squeegee brass handle. Refer to the inside label on the package for instructions. Each end is rubber, which is ensures a tight fit at the end. I didn't notice this, which made it a lot harder to pull out the old rubber. After loosening the grip screws you need to pull out the clip and rubber. Remove this clip from one end (bend it slightly) , then pull the clip and rubber band from the other end and remove that clip. This allows the rubber to slide out freely. Once I figured this out, it was easy to fit new tires. In my case, the clips were difficult to pull out , because there was calcium around them, it flaked off the brass when I worked on it a bit, but I ended up using most of the old one Tear off elastics, then use a sharp scraper to pull the round edge and secure the end. h easier if you change the rubber a little more often than once every 18 years!
