I bought these mainly for occasional use and to learn how to use clippers. Their installation is non-trivial, and the calibration blocks are only marginally useful. So I figured it would be a good idea to get a full set for the price of an MLCS, Whiteside, or Freud. In general I'm happy. Yes, the expensive ones are probably a bit more accurate and may have better carbide, but they're fine for the advanced hobbyist. The two big ones are probably just as good as the others, but the smaller one isn't quite as accurate. Here's what I don't understand: these bits are probably made on the same CNC machines as Whitesides, so why don't they have the same tolerances? The program is the same, the machine is the same, so all I can think of is that they don't change cutters as quickly when they get dull. In any case, they are good enough and the price is right.
