The ability for us as an organization is that we can create our own rules/regulations without having any third party involvement in terms of how they are applied or enforced by their system (ease).

There's nothing I dislike about this product at all! It has been very easy so far using it - no issues thusfar!! We have not had problems yet getting people onboarded into utilizing its features such as HRIS integration etc.. Our goal was primarily ease & speed when creating new employees profiles but also ensuring confidentiality within those files through encryption which makes sense since these types documents would be confidential anyways from what i understand.
