Used in conjunction with spikes these pads really improve the sound
I have never used the spikes that came with my B&W 704 speakers but I saw these pads and decided, these spikes and these Try pads. Once the pads arrived, I simply screwed the spikes into the four corner tapped holes on the bottom of the speakers and inserted the spike tips into the recesses on those pads. After that, the sliding movement of the speakers becomes easy. sound . . . WOW. I know these kinds of improvements are very subjective, but the sound and picture are incredible for a basic stereo setup. And these pads are cheap, they look good, but they're not cheaply made. Highly recommended.
