This works well for me: Charges well and passed the test when I tested the blade and glass breaker on seat belt/window equivalents. Might (might) be a problem if your cigarette lighter is at an odd angle or has no gap as the USB component is a bit bulky. I'm just happy to have a tape cutter + hole punch in a fixed place instead of being stuck somewhere with a flimsy velcro or plastic holder or float. Inner.
