It is important to keep in perspective what this smoker is. It is a small, portable pellet grill/smoker that requires a 110 power source. It is what it is, and for what it is, it is a great value. I received my Asmoke 300 this week and have used it twice, with great results. No, you cannot cram 4 packer briskets into this smoker. No, you cannot cook 12 whole chickens at one time. For massive cooks for dozens of people, this one may not be for you.However, for an affordable small pellet grill it is hard to beat. You can easily cook and smoke 2 medium Boston Butts or racks of ribs. A whole chicken or two? No problem. It is small, so it requires some TLC in vacuuming out the ash after ever cook.
