Review on SV3C 5MP PTZ PoE Camera: Outdoor Surveillance with 5X Optical Zoom, Sony Sensor, Two-Way Audio, and Night Vision by Jathan Louis

This camera seems like a good addition to my surveillance system (it will be my [lucky] 13th camera - I'm not a beginner and use different brands) I don't know. Setup was easy, it obtained an IP address via DHCP, and I was able to add it to Synology Surveillance Station without any problems. The stream looks clear and the PTZ functions work via Synology's web interface, iOS app (DS Cam), and Surveillance Station desktop app. Unfortunately, the two-way communication does not work. I can hear through the camera's microphone, but I can't communicate through the camera's speaker. The camera also makes a constant buzz/click through the speaker (not mechanical). Maybe I have a bad block. I have contacted SV3C support through Revain and directly through their website and provided the support email addresses. I did not get an answer. I'm disappointed that I had to return this camera as there doesn't seem to be another 4MP+ PTZ PoE IP camera with two-way audio for less than $600.
