We feed our cats small meals throughout the day so dogs don't eat leftover cat food in the bowl. These wooden spoons are great for scooping cat food out of a can. We use one scoop per can and then throw the scoop in the trash along with the empty cat food can. No need to wash cat food off the spoon all day long! The only downside is that we leave the spoon on the napkin during the day and sometimes the cat runs away with the spoon and we find it chewed up elsewhere in the house.
