Helps with diabetic neuropathy, there are no pressure points. Easy to turn on/off. Wear them to the gym, around the house, cycling, etc. The soles are a bit thin so I put insoles to provide more cushioning. I will buy again.

- Don't buy the more expensive Five Fingers. They are cheaper and work very well.

- No pronation control
