It is very user friendly and has great features for my team to use such as employee scheduling, vacation time calculations, benefits enrollment etc. I have not found anything that I dislike about this piece of software. If you are looking for something simple but effective then look no further because hrboss will give your employees all they need in an easy to understand platform. Their customer service is amazing! They answer any question we ask them instantly through their live chat feature. The overall process from beginning to end was seamless and easy for me as the manager or owner to track everything and keep everyone up-to-speed with our information.
