Looks and feels like woven fiberglass panel. He's heavy for his size. The red pouch is designed to be hung from the eyelet so the pouch opens downwards allowing you to quickly grab the two straps to unroll the duvet. The instructions are quite simple and clear. Instructions for use on a stove or other fire and for putting out a burning person (!) are included. I'm just a little unsure how effective this fire extinguishing method is as I've never seen it used before. I don't really want to test it at my home but will update if I get a chance to use it on a backyard fire. Or a man on fire.
