Bit not straight

I tried dipping a bit Milling with this bit and impossible to keep it centered. Initially the bit was a lot looser than my other 1/4" bits. It wobbled in the cutter. I tried planting it deeper in the router but still got the same results. It jumped up and pulled pieces out of mine Project., ruining a job I've already been working on for over an hour.I'm returning this Chinese made product for a US made product.
