Fantastic toner! I had highlights, highlights and a muddy brown base. I had to bleach my hair four times to get a consistent color. but was still yellow and orange from the stubborn dye. I've tried Wella T18 a few times and it didn't tint at all. I used to be lucky with Wella, but not anymore. Since I use Schwarzkopf BlondeMe bleach powder and developer, I tried ice toner. The miracle is here! I still have apricot streaks from low light but the yellow is gone! I just wish the color was a little lighter. Even though it was an ordeal, I'm soooo glad I don't look like I had a bad whitening job anymore. I am so grateful.
