The ease of use and ease of setting up forms can't be beat. The customer service is very responsive and the product roadmap for development is very clear. Their product roadmap is the best I've seen in the dental and healthcare space. They're doing their damndest to keep up with the ever evolving needs of dentists. Sometimes there may be a very brief delay between when they implement a new product or feature and when it gets rolled out. This isn't enough reason to downgrade, but it has happened occasionally. This just comes down to managing expectations and waiting for the next roll-out, which is usually just a matter of a few days. Salud has been a lifesaver for our practice. Our workflow has been simplified allowing us to spend more time in our patients' offices. The best part about Salud is the ability to access all dental records at any given time. It also provides a platform for all dental providers to communicate with each other. Salud is a very user-friendly system and I like how it allows me to share images with my colleagues. There is nothing I dislike. I recommend Salud to all dental practices. Salud has been very useful for me in my dental practice. It has helped me to keep track of patient records.
