This works great. Removes dirt directly from the floor. I have before and after photos. Floors seem cleaner than anything I've used before. I am impressed. Now for the tips. You will thank me later. Be careful with the rotation of the mop, otherwise it will leak. Carry the bucket with 2 hands. Use the handle and hold it on the side of the spinner in the gray bucket or it will tip over like you're pushing it onto the wheels. The water will tip over if not pushed from spinning in the gray bucket.
