I got size 12, I wear a size 11.5-12 and have a very wide toe area. I always get a 12 in boots.My feet slipped right into these boots.They are soft, comfy, and fit good.The lace is long enough to comfortably tie them.They seem to be good quality for the price, and the faux fur barely sheds.These are not advertised as waterproof, so I will take other reviewers advise and get a water repellent spray and I plan to wear these at work where I am frequently outdoors in rain, snow, or shine, for a couple minutes at a time.My only issues are I wish they came in wide and I wish they were bagged inside the shoebox, as the cardboard flakes have stuck to the shoes.
