The best part about acquiretM was its ability for me as an HR Manager/Recruiter at my organization (which I used it) -was being able filter candidates by their skillset or competencies etc., which helped in shortlisting them quickly without going through each one individually! It also made our life easy when we had multiple offers from different companies with same salary range but some were better than others i guess because they came highly recommended so this could be due diligence done before making any offer? Nothing specific really other then maybe more features would have been nice like creating job descriptions directly within acuareTm itself rather using word docs instead!! Great tool if u are looking out there specifically searching resumes / CVs online & filtering down only those who fit ur requirements perfectly!! And yes definitely use recruiters services too cos otherwise things can get messy sometimes!
