more useful than I thought
I purchased it as I have been rehabbing my knee. My PT had me use for one exercise and I found it so helpful there that I purchased this for myself. Honestly purchased because it is in my favorite color but have found it to be solidly made. More useful exercises than I would have expected especially the stretches I can do with my hip.
