Tumaz 10-Loop Stretching Strap: Non-Elastic Yoga Strap For Flexibility And Physical Therapy At Home Review

I already love this strap! It's very strong and clearly well-made, but it's also soft and easy on the skin. I have really enjoyed working out with it and know it's going to become an integral part of my yoga practice. The strap comes in a really nice zipper pouch with a loop that can be looped around your yoga mat, which is really handy. It also comes with a few instructions, as well as the option to get an additional booklet download for free. I'm already impressed with this company!

This stretch strap is great for me after knee replacement. I like it because it is not the stretchy kind. I do however which the foot loop in the center of the strap was "actually in the center". It is off center and that is an inconvenience when doing heel slides for maximum knee bending because the strap length using both hands to pull the strap ends is unequal.

I love that the stretch strap can be used in many different ways.Shoulders, hamstrings, hips, etc.I wish this particular stretch strap had the number of the loops written on it, but it's a small thing.I am an instructor, and I recommend this strap to clients who are pleased with it!

I use it any day or night I feel extra tension. I am so happy with it! I take it traveling everywhere I go! Thanks for attention.

The only issue I do have is with the exercise stretch guide card, it was very inappropriate. The artist drawing of the lady looked totally nude. I literally was appalled so I pretty much drew clothes on the lady. This was not okay, I felt unnerved as a woman because this art was degrading and disrespectful.

This band has multiple grips which make stretching easier. It is very well made and I can really pull hard on it without worrying about it breaking. The material is soft but still firm. Great for stretching my calf’s.Very happy with this purchase!

It’s a soft one! Just what I was looking for. Physical Therapy had several and one was hard and uncomfortable. So, I got the brand that was soft. So many stretching moves with the loops. Great for sciatica!Update: I have used this for a while now and I will never buy another brand! Tumaz is the only one I will recommended.

Absolutely wonderful yoga strap with a case too! I LOVE the loops. They allow me to choose the level of stretch and the degree to which I want to go.It is very durable and the material does not hurt my hands or feet and feels comfortable.So glad that I opted to try out the Tumaz brand.It will be my choice from now on.

My last career was as a personal trainer and I used different stretch straps and even dog leashes! I now have back issues and need to do multiple stretches particularly leg stretches for hamstrings and quadriceps as well as glute stretches. Although I can do hamstring and quad stretches and others with no stretch strap, it is easier with a stretch strap. As I age, I can actually feel myself getting less flexible. Several months ago, I decided to start stretching daily each morning. I had double knee replacement surgery and I saw this in the outside rehab that I attended. Purchasing it for my own enabled me to work on my rehab at home both with a PT and by myself. Definitely a great product for those who are having surgery on their legs.

This strap is exactly what I needed. It's non-elastic so you are in control of the stretch and there are 10 loops to use to assist in the stretch. It is VERY sturdy so don't be afraid to use it like you mean it. Know that with 10 loops the strap is long for those who are a little shorter. I love the strap to assist in stretching out my hip, leg and piriformis muscles which keeps money in my pocket and out of the physical therapist's office.

I needed a product for stretching out muscles. I am in my 70s and get pretty stiff after a workout. The gym had elastic bands but they didn't work well for me. When I found this product it solved my problem. The strap is easy to control and the loops decrease the difficulty in getting the stretch I needed. Also found the instructions very useful. I am able to stretch my muscles effectively and have noticed the difference in flexibility.

After using the straps in physical therapy, I purchased this for myself at home. I like the loops so I can easily adjust. It’s very durable and the purple colors are pretty. It comes with a pouch to store it in too.
