I needed a product for stretching out muscles. I am in my 70s and get pretty stiff after a workout. The gym had elastic bands but they didn't work well for me. When I found this product it solved my problem. The strap is easy to control and the loops decrease the difficulty in getting the stretch I needed. Also found the instructions very useful. I am able to stretch my muscles effectively and have noticed the difference in flexibility.
