Physical Therapy @home Stretchtacular*

The only issue I do have is with the exercise stretch guide card, it was very inappropriate. The artist drawing of the lady looked totally nude. I literally was appalled so I pretty much drew clothes on the lady. This was not okay, I felt unnerved as a woman because this art was degrading and disrespectful.

The strap doesn't have any padding, which can cause discomfort during stretching
