FOR HONDA CIVIC 2007
The stereo does not work with the included plug and play adapter. The display works, but there is no sound. EDIT: 2006-2011 HONDA CIVIC with PREMIUM AUDIO. You have to bypass the factory amp for the sound to work. I'm only giving a 3 star rating because it always makes a hissing noise when no sound is playing. AS: For those who need help with AMP. There are two cables for the stereo, a smaller and a larger adapter. The smaller one has the TEAL wire, which is the AMP wire you need to turn on. There is also a PURPLE cable on the large radio adapter. You need to connect the two and it will work. NOTE: ADAPTERS ARE OEM CAR CABLES. BE CAREFUL WHEN DISCONNECTING THE CABLES AS IT CAN DESTROY YOUR SOUND SYSTEM. DO NOT TRY IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED.
