Product description is misleading. It says it's a full skirt, but it's not. I would describe it as somewhere between a half skirt and a three quarter skirt. It has a nice flare to it. The fabric is a stretchy cotton blend that is relatively heavy and has a decent density. I'm 5ft 9" and it hits almost to the knee if I wear it with a high waist and below the knee if I wear it with my natural waist. The belt is quite structured and does not fold. The zipper is easy to close and open. I tried it on with a crinoline and it fits well, but it's still cute when you're not talking about this life. I usually wear pants and skirts in size 10 or 12 and the big one fits me perfectly. While it's not exactly what I was looking for, it's still well made and flattering. I'm keeping it and I think it will have an important place in my wardrobe this summer.
