Very happy with this product. My sweet little daughter was diagnosed with diabetes 4 months ago and suddenly got cataracts. On the first day of her blindness she crashed into our fence and was so scared that she couldn't walk anymore. I found it and it allowed her to regain her confidence. It took a minute to figure this out and keep it from sliding from side to side, but throw a shirt/sweater underneath and it stays in place. In addition, it is designed to be worn snugly and the shirt underneath provides comfort. It's good quality and as long as it makes my Maggie happy I don't care how much it costs. :) Maggie can eat/drink and sleep with him. Definitely recommend making sure it can't get stuck for nothing. great product Maggie is about 16 pounds and we bought a small one. The size is just right for us.
