Review on Seeko Artificial Succulents -14 Pack- Premium Realistic Faux Succulent Plants - Unpotted Textured Fake Succulents for DIY Decor by Jim Agosta

I ordered a set of 14 artificial succulents from Seeko and it arrived very quickly. While the reviews were really good, I wasn't sure how they would look and feel. To my surprise, they are strong, thick, bend easily, and the colors are pleasing. Had I known this beforehand, I would have ordered more during the annual two-day Prime Member Sale. I haven't created my centerpiece yet, so I don't have a photo to share with you. When the package arrived, the items were dusty and some had white powder. I was able to easily remove the powder by simply rinsing them off and letting them air dry. But there were 2 small succulents that looked like some of the branches and leaves had white spray paint on them that I couldn't get off. The same day the package arrived I emailed Seeko to let them know about the defect and they responded immediately. They responded by saying "To make up for this I can send you some replacement parts (as well as some bonus parts) today." Two days later I received my replacement parts plus 3 more parts. I was very impressed with their customer service and want to thank them for being so customer centric. I just want all companies to react the same way Seeko did. If there wasn't a 'happy' customer and continuation of business with a company, they might stop working. I plan to buy more items from them when I see items on sale because I have a large centerpiece I want to make and need a lot more succulents.
