Review on 🎥 Punch-Drunk Love: Exploring the Criterion Collection Edition by Michelle Langley

When I saw this movie for the first time I hated it. I didn't know what the hell was going on. It was uncomfortable watching the main character because I didn't understand what his problem was. Just happened. But then I looked at it again. And it was different. It was a beautiful and strange story about a depressed man with suppressed anger who meets the love of his life and has to fight to keep her safe when a sex worker on the phone starts threatening him with physical violence if he doesn't get all his money are. . It's an odd film that can and will definitely turn people off, I can say that for sure. But for those willing to sit down and see the cinematic genius' first attempt at a love story, with very humorous moments, artful transitions and a great soundtrack, plus a really good performance by Adam Sandler, this is a watch worth watching.
