Review on GREENBOX Replacement 280 281 XXL by John Young

Less than useless. Expensive Valuable Materials

Update: Generic inks from this brand were clogging my printer's printheads, requiring additional use of genuine Canon ink (a waste of expensive resources) to clean the printheads after replacing the regular ink replaced for return had the printer in satisfactory working condition. I believe this company should reimburse me for the financial loss I have suffered from wasting valuable materials on genuine Canon ink and high-quality HP paper. As a conscientious consumer, I prefer to look for economically viable alternatives to expensive products that clog landfills. Genuine Canon ink for my PIXMA TS9521C is expensive and I quickly and constantly replace a large number of disposable ink cartridges. After seeing the five star reviews of the universal inks and the promised higher yields with XXL cartridges for about half the price of Canon's premium inks, I decided for the first time to use compatible green box universal inks for my printer to buy. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! Greenbox is complete bullshit. After using the cyan cartridge for a very short time this morning I had to add the magenta and then the yellow cartridge right after the other. The result was an immediate drop in print quality and lower value for money due to wasting valuable HP paper etc. I have attached three photos; The third photo, uploaded by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, is for comparison of how the second photo should look when printed. I use HP's highest quality paper, HP Premium 32 with a brightness of 100 and a whiteness of 163. The print quality of my relatively new PIXMA TS9521C has never been an issue. The only change was that the Greenbox universal packaging was used instead of the 100% pre-purchase of genuine Canon inks. I really believe that everyone gets what they pay for and now I'm going to look for a way to recycle used ink cartridges. There is no such thing as longevity, it is not even measurable, because this "green box" is actually a rubbish bin that fills valuable green spaces with rubbish and leads to a real loss in value. If I could give this review negative stars I would.
