wedding product! in the nuts and accessories section

I bought these nuts and one nut came with no internal thread. I wrote to them and explained that I only need 1 nut, they sent the whole set again. Then they took another complete set from me. The current nuts have since rusted. Terrible product! Wouldn't recommend it.
