too small for practical use
My goal was to extend my outdoor cycling season and be more visible when walking in the dark. I'm not skinny, more like "average American height" = slightly overweight. Even after adjusting the Velcro fasteners to their maximum functional length, it won't stick to the thinnest of jackets. Every movement opens it. needed more velcro to allow for another 2-3 inches of expansion and that would be a champ. great concept, very disappointing execution for the discordants.
