I have used other roller balls but this one is oh my god! The heat and the "thousand" spikes on the roller really work on my sore spots. First – yes, it hurts, but breathing and relaxing the sore spot really does work wonders to loosen those tight knots on my back and shoulders. I take it with me when I go on vacation or visit family. The only drawback I find is the use of the Akkubak in the neck area. Even from the book (assumed) it's difficult to get the right print. A larger ball if I'm useful here that fits under the crook of my neck. I adopt rather strange positions to untie the knots in my neck.
