Everything was easy to set up and connect it with SFTP. The customer service is outstanding. They also have great tutorials for new users as well as advanced users. I do not like that you cannot configure many of the features. For example, the ability to allow one user access to their own files and folders. You must use the entire system. We wanted a way to allow our employees in multiple locations to access their own documents from anywhere they were using a computer or smartphone. This allowed them to work from home and still be connected to the office network without having to install the software on every machine.
