Arrived on time yesterday. Open the box tonight. I've attached photos to show you what's inside. Date of purchase December 2018. You can also see how many threads are on the spool of each color. That's more than other brands offer. When refilling, try to follow what other videos show. You simply attach to the previous spool of thread, reduce the tension to zero, use the manual wheel, turn + stop before you get to the needles. From all the reviews + every video I didn't get to see before buying what exactly came with it, for others who were wondering the same thing. Everything seems to be there. I did several sewing tests with it. Apparently, that the suggested voltages are recommendations only. Sergers have no intuition. It will take longer to figure out for the voltage to be correct. You should read the included paper instructions to find out the sewing tension recommendations for each thread/spool. It comes with a DVD + I haven't checked it out yet as I just installed it tonight. I watched many online videos on YouTube + Singer before I bought it. The manual reads like technical information. Sigh. Like all serger instructions. I have used sewing machines for many years. I'm not new to sewing + I used to use an overlock - easy. Of course, overlacks are another bird to deal with. Reading other reviews of this car is scary. I hope I made a good choice. It's definitely available. The time will show. I've always been a fan of the Singer brand. I just bought another very good Singer sewing machine that didn't come last. This serger, while having mixed reviews, does not work as stated in the basic information. I did some tests with it + change the voltage according to the instructions + it works as expected. I don't know why people say it's noisy because every serger I've ever seen or used is noisy. My only complaint is the loss of my free hand. not easy. Every time I tried to take it off, it took me a few tries. In any case, I don't intend to put it on and take it off much. As for other returns - whenever you order something from someone, you should always take it out of the box and inspect it before the warranty or return period expires. If you wait beyond that, you really have nothing to complain about. That's why they give you a certain amount of time. I plan to use this serger on gifts, clothes and old stuff around the house next week. I received a 3 year Revain warranty. It wasn't a lot of money + I thought it would be a good defense. to use this serger on gifts, clothes and old stuff around the house next week. I received a 3 year Revain warranty.
