I know these shoes cheap, but I did not know high quality expect, my son wore them for 30 minutes to open a house at his school and he had to take them off in the car on the way home because his feet hurt so much. The mesh/stretch material looked and felt really comfortable, but the sides of the shoes are hard plastic and while it didn't lace up the boots too tightly, the plastic was putting too much pressure and causing pain. The size was right and he didn't have a wide foot. They also came in a plain clear plastic bag, with no box or anything. Finally send her back.
