Not suitable for the elderly.

For an elderly person with disabilities and poor eyesight, the keyboard keys are too close together. Trying to set up speed dialing was frustrating because pressing one button would also press another adjacent button, making speed dialing difficult. The manual is less than useless. This phone is not suitable for the elderly.
