I've been having a lot of pain in my foot I had surgery on after a break 30 years ago. I need some major reconstruction that would limit movement in my foot for the rest of my life. I've opted to forego surgery as long as possible. The doctor recommended 1) a horseshoe pad and 2) a crest pad. The adhesive horseshoe pads only last one day, which is expensive. The crest pads don't fit in a manner that gives me any relief. And trying to wear both of them puts too much bulk in my shoes. I did a lot of research to find this product and I'm so thankful I found them. They fit great and are so cushy comfy, providing great padding on the ball of my foot where I need it and separating my toes, which works better for my weird need than a crest pad. I hope I never have to run out of these perfect pads. I've found them to be quite durable if you take care of them.
