The best thing about this platform is its ease of use, you just need to fill in your details once which gets synced across all our platforms including mobile apps as well! You also get some amazing insights into how much time it has taken different people within an organisation or team (in my case I was looking at senior technical talent). It could be even better if they integrate more features like analytics so that we have granular insight when someone lands up viewing any particular page from their dashboard etc instead having them log out each one separately would make life easier!! Also there are no options available yet such things likes integration w social media sites where employees connect through LinkedIn profile but still not sure why? However these issues aside - overall smoothhires been really helpful by providing us candidates who match what exactly were searching after iamprofiling requirements before making calls & appointments.
