The support team has been very helpful with any issues I've had in relation to SAASplaza's products. They are always willing to help out even if you're not sure that what you need can be done via their platform (or indeed whether it will work). Sometimes there is an extra step or two but this doesn't really impact my experience overall. It would be great if they were able to provide more customisation options - perhaps some templates? More integration between platforms could also improve user experiences. I use SaasPlaza to run some of my accounting software and reporting needs as well as storing documents which all tie into OneDrive.
