OK, one star to get your attention. Really a 3 or 4 star product. Now for the reason you are reading this: the wheel is not turning. This is not a design or development issue, more of a production or quality control issue. It is made in China. Instead of sending it in, do the following: 1. Remove the Rad2. Take out the two purple tabs that the wheel axles sit on (don't throw them in the tank if they're already installed)3. File all sides of the two purple tabs a little and put them back in place so they sit down.4. Put the wheel back in and hope it spins. If not, pull the tabs out and file a little more (use a nail or sandpaper). Continue doing this until the wheel is low enough for enough water to flow through to keep it turning. This should take 10 minutes. Also, make sure the tank is full to the top, this helps with spinning. So watch out for evaporation, especially in the summer or when you're keeping your home warm. As for everything else. this is a filter. Keep the water clean for about a month. It is quiet. I hope this helps your wheel spin.
