Good Kit, Works Well

The "sushi bazooka" is the key element of this kit. It's easy to use and makes perfect rolls. The knife is also surprisingly high quality and does a good job of cutting through nori.The only negative about this kit is that it came with no instructions. But with one or two quick Youtube videos you'll be fully trained on how to use the bazooka and ready to rock and roll.
