It’s easy to add new cases, and a great tool for creating and following up on reports related to HR-related compliance (e.g. HIPPA, EEO, FLSA, etc). It also offers great insights so it gives me some clarity as to where our compliance issues are with employees or clients. I don’t utilize the social media tab as much or as actively as i would like. I wish I could see what HR/Employees/Client are doing. I would also like to be able to see my own activity so i know where my compliance issues are. Also, it's just difficult to access it when you're working in a team with many people and it just seems to be a hassle. Make sure you have a business process in place for when reports, documents, etc. are I like how you can set up alerts to let you know when someone leaves or enters your office. The ability to have multiple managers in one program allows us to monitor more than one employee at a time from different offices. It's also helpful to be able to communicate with other managers in the same program as well. This software has been useful in our efforts to keep track of who is actually present in the office so we don't get billed for overtime.
