Solid framework, great support team

The platform is very well structured with all necessary tools for risk management & reporting at hand. I would like more customization options as it's quite hard sometimes to find what you need when working from within an organization that isn't fully familiarized yet or has never used this tool before. Also there are some things which we can only do via emailing but not directly through our system - so be prepared! Reporting needs improvement though since most reports require manual work (i…

Great platform and excellent customer service

The main benefit I see is its ability for easy access through mobile devices as well since employees can work remotely from anywhere they are using their phone or laptop (desktop if you will). It does take some effort getting used it which may be helpful because there's so much new features coming out all at once! We were looking more specifically toward internal reporting within our organization however we weren't finding enough tools that could do this efficiently while also having other key…

Good functionality and easy setup process

I like that it has integrated with our other applications (ERP) to help keep track of all internal processes related to procurement. It's not great at keeping records for things you haven't paid yet, but if that is your primary use then this might be good. Having multiple sources of data regarding what was purchased can lead to confusion. We also have issues where we need to log something as "Purchased" but never get credit for paying someone through payroll until weeks later when there are no…
