A good pre-workout powder
I give honest reviews. And this addition has been great so far. The taste is a bit harsh but I use a higher dose so this is to be expected, you can add more water to combat this. What I've noticed is that I drink this on the way to the gym and within 10 minutes of running the treadmill. I'm ready to get up And so far I've kept good energy until I walk out the door. So far no side effects have occurred. No falls. And no stomach problems. Will order again, maybe try other flavors.
