I like the baskets in the bins. I like to wash my food in a solution of vinegar and water before refrigerating as I find this not only cleans the food but also helps it last longer. The basket is great for soaking food in the container, then rinsing out the solution, draining the food, then I place a slightly damp paper towel on the bottom of the container, place the basket back in the container, cover and refrigerate ! I love different sizes. Now I have everything in my fridge but the biggest one filled with my favorite salads. They fold well, close well and are ideal for cleaning and storing food in the fridge. I love them so much I will buy a set for my daughter.
