I've run through 3 sets of these lights and only 30% turned green indicating a full charge. The rest changed color from red to a little white light and the light appeared to be charged (the instructions say it turns green). Couldn't figure out what runtime differs between white light and green light as I got them for my grandkids for Christmas and calculated them in advance. I returned a set and a new set was sent immediately but not all the lights turned green. I'll follow up after the kids get used to it to see if the run time matches the instructions.
