Check your OS first. My phone is an S21 (v12 OS) and is not compatible with this unit. But, all else considered. 4.5 stars - higher for compatible phones.PRO:- Acts like an Android Tablet, with a large touchscreen.- Hotspot/wifi (2.4g) is decent on the road.- Download any app from playstore- Fluidity in the menu and use of the full screen.- Able to have more than one active screen in the background for easy access.- Able to download navi maps- Wireless Bluetooth- Able to drive and have videos play, such as Youtube with good resolution, ideal for the passenger or kids in the back.- The price is excellent for the touchscreen and what it can do!CON:- Not able to update the unit from v10.- No Android Auto for OS v12- Not compatible with 5g hotspot/wifi but 2.4g works well.- Online navigation lags. I use offline maps without issue. The Nav app I use allows to use of hotspot for traffic updates.- The recommended screenshare apps are not working.- System consistently has latency. Rule of thumb, keep it simple, don't push the unit's capacity to do more.
