So the bag itself is actually great! The supports make it nice and sturdy. The straps are durable and very handy as there are a couple in just the right places. The capacity is great and holds about 2 loads of laundry.But! I am so disappointed with the drawstring top! It was honestly the selling point for me and even before I took my first load to the mat it had torn and frayed! So I sewed that section thinking it was a superficial flaw. However, the very next time it was laundry day two more rips. The cheap fabric unraveling and fraying all over! So I had to stitch around the whole top, I am hoping this will fix the issue and the fabric might hold. we will see.Now don't get me wrong, otherwise, the product is functional without the drawstring top and is of nice quality in all other respects, But, it is like this top is a sad after thought. The top would have made this a five star product if the quality that was applied everywhere else was applied here or just left out entirely.In all honesty, for the price it is a great product and I do recommend it to anyone that needs something for a laundry mat that doubles as a hamper and cam fold down easy. But if the drawstring is your selling point I suggest elsewhere.
