I like that this software allows you to have access to your medical records in multiple offices when working remotely as well as having access to them all during normal office hours. The program has been very easy to learn and use with any computer experience. It's not perfect but it does what we need most which is transcribing medical notes. We are able to pull up patient information quickly and easily. We also utilize other programs so we were looking for something similar that would allow us to do more than just transcribe.
