I really liked this little compact thing. when she worked. It's slim, compact, well built. Win10 on screen can be a bit hard to read depending on what you are dealing with. I edited it in Photoshop and it worked well, although the details were difficult to see. But. Last week I started getting "plugged in but not charging". errors. After much internet searching I found that this is not an uncommon problem on several different models. It seems to be related to Win 10. However, I have tried all the different fixes that I could find without success. I even completely restarted my computer with Win 10. I finally managed to speak to KendyZ from Shenzin in Hong Kong. Not helpful at all. Repeated over and over that I had to contact them since I bought it from Revain. The 30-day return period has now expired. KendyZ did not provide any support at all. Finally he offered me to send it back to Hong Kong to them! (What would removing the LiPo battery and shipping cost mean, and who knows for how long!) He/she will not honor the advertised one year warranty. Due to battery failure after only 4 months and extremely poor support from Shenzin, I cannot recommend this for purchase. I have to say I really liked it when it worked, but this is a very risky $600 purchase. After 30 days you are on your own. No return. No guarantee. Possibly no working PC.
