Okay so if you don't keep pumping you will think you have a scream pillow like my first picture. Thank goodness my mom had an electric pump because then I could make it bigger. The only drawback is that there are no plastic chopsticks. I bought my own plastic sticks but they were too flimsy and the balloon was too heavy. So we just leaned them against the wall and turned off the kids as they drove by. Don't inflate them too much or the garlands won't twist too often. It pays to throw a quick party for the little ones. It just took a lot of trial and error to get the balloon to stick to the sticks
